Innovation Consultant

£50K-£65K + Benefits

Central London and Manchester

Transforming thinking, developing fresh ideas, spotting new opportunities - this leading global innovation consultancy seeks accomplished marketers and inspirational thinkers with client-side and/or consulting/agency experience; people with proven track records of leading creative thinking, generating ideas and developing new products, services and business growth initiatives, who can lead intellectually agile, super-creative teams, working with major FMCG, retail & service clients to bring them to market.  Strong relationship building and commercial skills are also key to these demanding roles: when not working on projects, senior consultants play a front-line role is selling projects and building deeper, stronger client relationships.

Our Ideal Candidate

You're likely to be university graduates and will have held at least one or two roles (or ideally both) in a strategy/creative consultancy and/or a client side.  An additional language would be an advantage as our project work often takes us outside of the UK, together with willingness to travel and at short notice. 

Your passion for coming up with new ideas, curiosity about consumers and ability to work closely with senior client teams, will almost certainly have been gained in a brand management, advertising planning, management or brand consulting role, working on consumer goods, retail or service based product development initiatives.  You will be highly intelligent, evidenced by exceptional academics, credible and persuasive with strong facilitation skills - able to take others with you and inspire them to stretch their minds and spot significant business growth opportunities.  At this level, you will also be expected to identify and secure new business contracts so the ability to spot opportunities and sell' in a consultative way is also critical to your success.
