EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience of providing internal communication support
- Editing and writing communications within a corporate environment
- Experience of working with senior management teams and internal communications advocates across the business
- Prior experience of working with varied communications tools and media
RESPONSIBILITIES
To execute a clear and structured internal communications programme for the UK. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinating all channels of internal communications activity and maintain a communications plan to ensure:
· all messages are co-ordinated through a single point of contact
· there is no overload of information
· all messages fit internal communications style
- Drafting and producing communications materials
- Liaising with the UK MD and UK HR team to ensure key business messages are captured and disseminated in a clear and timely manner
- Develop close working relationships with various operating communications resources across the business
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills and personal drive
- Ability to work independently
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated
- Highly organised
- Able to use initiative and prioritise work
- Understanding of all communications tools
EDUCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree qualified
