Job Description

The Senior Marketing Consultant is responsible for supporting the acquisition manager to drive the acquisition of new Car Insurance customers, to ensure maximum ROI.
Degree or equivalent in Marketing or related subject
Sound experience in General Insurance marketing communications with broad media exposure
Drive quotes and sales of car insurance by working alongside the Acquisition Manager, and in partnership with media and creative agencies, to develop, execute and measure response marketing plans
Assist the Acquisition Manager in maximising conversion for insurance products by generating quotes for the optimum footprint of customers, to ensure that new business sales volumes are achieved
Devise and publish regular performance MI for the Acquisition team and other key stakeholders in the business, to understand performance and to improve the effectiveness of the advertising
Support ad-hoc projects within the Acquisition team
Work closely with the Brand team to ensure acquisition activity fits with the overall Churchill brand strategy and guidelines
Track car insurance marketing budgets, including regular reconciliations of ongoing costs against budget
Work closely with the Acquisition team to ensure the most efficient and effective allocation of resources, and transfer of knowledge
Promote close working relationships between the Acquisition team, and other areas of Marketing to ensure best collective output in order to achieve business goals i.e. in customer profiling and targeting, media planning, creative development etc.
Focus on costs, process improvements and/or efficiency to contribute to the profitability
Good communicator
Strong organisational skills
Teamworker.
