Job Description

Main purpose of role is as follows:

Will work as an integral part of the Production team, project managing new-business initiatives including event organisation; knowledge management; and Salesforce.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Will arrange external events such as product promotions, hospitality events, seminars and roundtables and internal lunch and learn sessions for D&O/FI and TLU teams to raise team profile. Will maintain a schedule of all events organised/completed including costings and monitor against the T&E budget for such events.

- Will work with the design team and the FI/D&O team to ensure that flyers, brochures and publications are produced as appropriate. This will include: full ownership of the finished product; involvement from storyboard through to completion; offering suggestions for designs; and agreeing final design.

- Use Eloqua for FSG and monitor/track effectiveness for campaigns.

- Will assist new business team and team leaders identify prospects and produce account plans for specific targets.

- Will be Financial Promotions Approver for the Business Unit and Division and ensure that all procedures and recording for Financial Promotions are adhered to.

- Will assist the retail teams to manage data on Salesforce and in conjunction with David Saker ensure that the appropriate Sales pipeline reports are up to date and produced for sales meetings.

- Will ensure all contact details on Salesforce are complete and kept up to date.

- Will arrange and lead monthly sales meetings for FI/D&O subteams and manage sales initiatives resulting from these meetings.

- Will manage a tender library.

- Will work with other parts of The Business to develop effective benchmarking tools.

- Will ensure team biographies are kept up to date for sales tool kit. Develop case studies for sales tool kit.

- Will roll out the sales tool kit to teams.

- Will work with the central communications team to create and
populate the Sales Tools page on the Knowledge Exchange intranet site.

- Will develop the .co.uk website for FSG.

- Will gather competition intelligence from the team on a monthly basis; carry out regular checks on the competition's websites and other intelligence sources; produce monthly updates on competition activity; and maintain competition blog.

- Will manage the schedule of Client Service reviews ensure teams are adopting best practice and that net promoter scores are being recorded. Maintain these client service reviews on Salesforce. Look into the possibility of a client service review survey.
