An innovative and centrally based Insurance company in London is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of the company's marketing campaigns across all media and sales channels including both project management and creative development.

The small and friendly company works to a flat structure and the marketing team comprises of five people. The ideal candidate should therefore be a strong team player who's commercially aware and driven by a profit making environment.

The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in marketing within a financial services environment
- Experience of working on campaigns from brief to implementation and results analysis
- Experience of dealing with diverse stakeholder groups in large organisations
- Creative skills design and artwork production, online and offline
- A recognised marketing qualification (i.e. marketing degree, CIM, DMA
- A knowledge of branding and design packages i.e. adobe design suite, basic knowledge of HTML

The role involves:
- Support the marketing and sales plan by ensuring projects and campaigns are delivered on time and integrated across the marketing mix
- Undertake creative development of specific items including re-sizing adverts, developing marketing communications, design/layout for email newsletters and ad hoc website promotional pages
- Manage the campaign development process from concept to results evaluation across all media
- Ensure all campaigns comply with the corporate standard for the use of logo, fonts and brand positioning
- Delivery of media/sales reporting
