A leading UK based retail bank is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join their Credit Card Portfolio Management team and drive the planning and implementation of high volume and creative and data driven campaigns.
The role will focus on end to end portfolio management and developing new communication techniques with customers whilst building on core customer needs. Key channels will be direct mail, inserts and telephony. As the ideal candidate you will creative, numerical and have a strong background in customer relationship management and have the ability to communicate information clearly to others within the marketing team. More broadly, you will have to operate externally with creative agencies in order to ensure all marketing objectives are being met.
