This role is based in Kent.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the acquisition of Car insurance customers, to ensure maximum ROI.
Drive quotes and sales for Car insurance by working in partnership with media and creative agencies to develop, execute and measure response marketing plans
Devise and publish regular performance MI for Car insurance for key stakeholders in the business, to understand performance and to improve the effectiveness of the advertising
Work closely with the Brand team to ensure acquisition plan fits with overall Churchill brand strategy and guidelines
Successfully manage the budget for Car response media & production, including regular reconciliations of ongoing costs against budget
Work closely with other managers in the Acquisition team to ensure the most efficient and effective allocation of resources
Promote close working relationships between the Acquisition team, and other areas of Marketing to ensure best collective output in order to achieve business goals i.e. in customer profiling and targeting, media planning, creative development etc.
Manage, motivate and develop the team to maximise the achievement of individuals and objectives, as appropriate
Manage business plans/strategies, resources and/or budgets to ensure profitability, efficiency and effectiveness of the team/department/function.

Skills Required;
Degree or equivalent in Marketing or related subject (desirable)
Sound experience in General Insurance marketing communications covering a broad media mix
Good communicator
Effective leader
Strong influencer.
