Fantastic role for a Marketing Manager from an insurance or Leasing/Creditor background. Excellent company with fantastic benefits.

Job purpose:

To develop marketing strategy and activities to support delivery of company objectives for: -

Customer acquisition
Customer retention

Internal communications

Group requirements

 

Range of authority levels:

(if appropriate)

Sign off TBA 

Key responsibilities:

 

- To manage the department development of human and budgetary resources in delivering these objectives.

- To manage targeting and analysis of customers and prospects to aid marketing planning and resource utilisation.

- To conduct research as required and support product development with marketing activity.

- To manage the public relations process to ensure maximisation of company profile to drive awareness and enquiries.

- To manage the company web site, intranet and online lead generation activities.

- To ensure awareness and communication of competitive intelligence across the business.  

·         To manage and appoint external suppliers/agencies as required supporting these objectives.

 

 

Required qualifications, knowledge and experience:

·         Educate to degree level or equivalent, with experience in business to business marketing

·         Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to present coherently and persuasively

·        Ability to lead and develop team

·        Ability to communicate and influence others at all levels of the business
