We are recruiting on behalf of a major brand who have a sizable online footprint, looking to appoint an online specialist to manage the search and affiliate programmes, driving customer acquisition through these channels.
As the Online Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for both PPC and SEO, as well as driving affiliate marketing across the brands online footprint, which includes both business and consumer markets.
It is part of a sizable function, with online and digital marketing comprising around 75 people. The business is driving a major online offensive, looking to dominate the industry driving new levels of customer experience and innovation all powered through the internet.
As a member of this function, you will control the search and affiliate strategy, executing the designed plan and be responsible for generating traffic for the various sites to convert.
You will work with external agencies, monitoring their activity and ensuring they are meeting their agreed SLA's, whilst also driving value for money.
Equally you will be working with key search providers like Google, ensuring the search activity gives maximum exposure and the company's activity remains at the forefront of developments or changes in this channel and how the search algorithms work.

Role: Online Acquisition Manager - Search & Affiliate Marketing
Location: London
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000
Benefits: £5.5k car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare, life assurance, etc.
Experience Required:
- Solid search marketing background, covering both PPC and SEO
- Good understanding of affiliate marketing and affiliate networks
- Demonstrable background in attracting sizable (relevant) audiences through search and affiliate marketing
- Good experience working with search and affiliate agencies. Able to demonstrate you know how to get the best out of them
- Experience agency or client side, but must have worked on sizable online / e-commerce sites, driving traffic. The site in question here is within the UK's top 100 most popular sites
- Must have the necessary visas to live and work in the UK
