Do you have experience of creating compelling propositions which drive loyalty and customer retention?
Have you had experience of driving retention strategy over indirect trading channels, through retail partners and the likes?
If so this could be a good opportunity for you.
We're looking for a Senior Loyalty Manager to work for a major telecoms company in London who will own the retention and loyalty metrics driven through indirect retail channels.
In this instance this means the telecoms reseller networks like Carphone Warehouse and Phones 4U.
In this position you will need to devise a series of propositions to be offered through reseller channels aimed at driving customer loyalty at the point of sale and reducing propensity to churn.

To monitor performance of the programme, you will be required to analyse channel and portfolio performance, identify root-causes of reasons for churn and take appropriate steps by modifying loyalty propositions to further enhance saves and customer value.
This will be a great opportunity to build a career with a market leader in the fast paced telecoms sector, so for more information apply today!
