About the Role
To conceive, research, lead, manage and deliver service innovations which will position the company as a leading service provider. Use expertise to devise service innovations which position the company ahead of the game in the face of direct and indirect competition.
Develop business cases and programmes in order to tale innovations from concept to reality. Build programmes which will deliver key initiatives in the UK and Europe which gain the companies reputation as pioneers in customer service, create cost savings and strengthen the brand.
Influence key stakeholders, influencers, budget holders and line managers in the UK and Europe to ensure the successful delivery of projects at all locations and with all employee groups. Manage the co-ordinated delivery of all service initiatives to agreed timelines across different locations, using knowledge of local languages and culture to achieve project aims and deadlines.

Ability to plan and implement measures to improve and maintain service quality.
