A Web Project Assistant is required to manage Projects for a Branding and Web Services team. This team is responsible for Marketing the business in a creative, cost- and time-effective manner; ensuring the firms brand messages and business strengths are clearly communicated through copy and the Corporate Design guidelines are correctly applied.
The Web Project Assistant will be assisting with the on-line marketing strategy and implementation and the on-line visual design guidelines for Internet, intranet, email marketing, trading applications, desktop applications. You will be assisting the team that reviews and approval process for all web and electronic marketing, maintenance and ongoing development of the public web pages, intranet, information architecture, search engine, web publishing, web usage statistics; telephone directory and other small on-line applications owned by C&M.
The right candidate will have a good understanding of, and the ability to work with, web technical processes and teams, as well as possess very strong organisational skills.
Focused on delivering communications solutions of the highest standard with a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly, accurately and confidently (both verbally and in writing) are imperative, a structured approach to managing projects and creativity in the ways in which clients needs are met.
Technical Skills required:
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience of creating wireframes, site maps, user-flow diagrams
- Experience of creating project plans and project briefs for development teams
- Information Architecture / visual design
- Experience of using a Content Management Systems
- Frontpage / Dreamweaver / Photoshop
