Our client is one of the fastest growing legal firms in the UK who are currently seeking an astute and strategic individual to head up their National Bid Management function whilst adding the wow factor to their client tenders.
Heading up a team and working with board level partners this varied role will see you project manage their bid / proposals processes, develop a best practice guide to pitching within the firm, proactively seek new business development opportunities and coach and support partners on presentation and bid management delivery.
The ideal candidate with have a strong professional services background, carry excellent personal presence/team management skills, have specialist knowledge of the bid process and will have the "ball juggling" skills necessary to ensure that all tenders are handled to the high standards our client has come to expect.
