Marketing Manager

My client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their busy team to help create and manage successful marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have good all round online and offline marketing knowledge and experience within the financial services sector.

Plan and manage marketing campaigns in line with the business objectives
Help target new customers and improve relationships with existing ones
Build and manage relationships with clients and identify new opportunities
Improve the firm's online marketing presence
Develop e-marketing campaigns to existing and prospective clients
Create specific marketing campaigns to drive promotions or new services
Manage the existing marketing team
Newsletter marketing, e-bulletins and direct marketing to generate leads
Reporting campaign feedback and ROI to partners
Oversee the improvement of the website
Attending networking events and providing a face for the company

The person:

An enthusiastic marketing professional with both offline and online experience
Must have min 3 years experience in financial/professional services
Able to develop and implement marketing strategies
Experience managing a team
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Experience with direct marketing and lead generation
Event management and networking experience
Campaign management experience
ROI and campaign analysis experience
Highly computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Office packages
