Job Description

Our client is a well established organisation based in North Yorkshire with a good marketing team and an expanding product portfolio. Following a period of growth and a revitalised marketing strategy they have created a new role for a Senior Ecommerce Manager set, drive and deliver the Ecommerce and web strategy.

You will balance your time to ensure that the trading of the site is maximised for the range of product and services available and that best practice techniques are being utilised to drive traffic, revenue and conversion. This role is about continually developing the site and its functionality, tracking the site success and traffic whilst also been focused on the brand and customer experience. You will work across a range of digital platforms and manage a small team to deliver visitors through SEO, PPC, Email, Social Media and Affiliates.

To be considered for this role you should have a strong background in e-commerce and online marketing having managed a team and large development projects. You'll be strong commercially with experience reporting and analysing website performance. You will have worked on an Ecommerce platform and have knowledge of HTML, CSS and online creative. As a consumer focused business your experience should be in a similar sector.
