The Opportunity:
At Zurich Marketing is at the heart of UK General Insurance growth agenda and as a result an opportunity exists for a Head of Marketing Services Manager to join the Marketing Communications and Brand team in Farnborough. This role is responsible for helping to drive the business forward and ensure the company profile is raised through marketing communications.
The role also takes responsibility for the project management and implementation of effective communication across the marketing mix and could include market planning, brand and creative development, PR, customer literature, website development and overall campaign measurement and evaluation. You will also have full responsibility for managing working best practice methodology with marketing agencies, our print partner and the Zurich client.
About you:
Successful applicants will have a strong proven track record of marketing service management within large high profile organisations, ideally within the financial services industry. Marketing communications and brand experience is vital (this includes sponsorship, PR, customer literature, website development etc) as well as demonstrable experience of working with business partners, print management firms, agencies and clients.
You will also have a demonstrable experience of managing end to end marketing campaigns and it is therefore essential that strong project management skills are also evident as you will be responsible for several campaigns at any one time.
Due to the nature of the position you will not only work with the Zurich Client but you will also work with external partners on specific campaigns therefore you must provide evidence of working in partnership with other organisations. As you will be responsible for driving forward best practice and process reviews experience of managing compliance is also key.
