You will be responsible for implementing and developing the Marketing and Sales strategy to support retail and business customer acquisition and retention.

About the Role

Develop and implement a marketing plan with guidance from marketing manager and approval of Business Development Manager

React to business performance against target. Develop action plans to improve performance against marketing and business KPI's

Implement programs to stabilise and increase members' usage

Stimulate referrals of new members through local marketing programs in line with central strategy.

Ensure market requirements are represented within global website scope of work

Maintain web content ensuring timely implementation

Collaborate with Marketing Manager to set marketing targets for market in order to support the business targets achievement

Liaise with multiple agencies to execute marketing campaigns to achieve member volume and frequency targets

What We're Looking For

Prior experience of working in a developed marketing & sales team - ideally from a travel & leisure / FS / Blue chip background
