Key skills: Good marketing track record in the financial services sector and ideally within Pensions Innovative and creative marketing skills Good understanding of the full marketing mix and ideally some experience of managing membership databases Solid presentation skills and confident in front of a variety of stakeholders Ideally to have had previous line management experience Well organised with excellent campaign management skills.
