Job Description

The Role
·         Manage the ATL team to ensure delivery against all business targets, with a keen eye for generating response and awareness.
·         Work with the Marketing Planning Manager to deliver optimum ROI across all campaigns and product areas.
·         Manage multiple campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality.
·         Understand the brand's positioning and how specific products / services reflect this.
·         Act as the owner of the brand guidelines and assess all planned activity against these.
·         Manage the future development of the brand, and develop exciting, successful, ATL campaigns that reflect our brand identity.
·         Brief & manage external agencies (and service levels delivered) and ensure that external suppliers all understand the brand proposition and campaign objectives.
·         Maintain an understanding of consumer behaviour and preferences
