A new and exciting opportunity has arisen in a truly Marketing-led Financial Services organisation based in South Wales.
Working in the Customer Acquisition team, you will support in the development and implementation of retention programmes across a variety of insurance products in pursuit of business objectives.
Key Tasks and Activities:
· Develop a variety of marketing plans across a range of campaigns / projects, to ensure delivery of campaign / project objectives.
· Carry out tasks and activities within allocated campaigns / projects, ensuring efficient / effective use of assigned budget and other resources and ensuring deadlines, cost, print production quality and legal compliance and other standards are met.
· Build and maintain relationships with approved agencies, suppliers and internal specialist functions, to facilitate achievement of campaign / project tasks and overall goals.
· Gain the support of PMUs / underwriters and internal specialist functions to recommended campaign / project actions, adding value by providing sound retention advice, thereby maximising the impact and/or cost effectiveness of campaigns and projects.
· Monitor expenditure against budget across assigned campaigns / projects, providing regular and adhoc reports to management, with recommendations to maximise the use of allocated spend.
· As required, collate information and produce management reports, which update management on campaign progress or review campaign implementation on completion.
· Provide advice, guidance and support to new or less experienced team members to speed induction or generally raise team effectiveness.
