Job Description

A Change Communications Consultant is required for the design and delivery of a comprehensive communications strategy and plan. We are seeking an excellent communicator who is accustomed to working with Senior management and has outstanding skills in Project Management and dealing with global change.

You will be responsible for all change related communications around this.

·   Dealing with website utilising the Bank's existing technologies
·   Communications packs & key messages
·   Presentations and presentation materials
·   Marketing materials and concepts
·   Programme showcases and townhalls
·   Articles and stories
·   Stakeholder planning
·   Internal programme team communications
·   Work closely with the internal programme team and stakeholder groups
·   Significant change journalism
·   Conflict resolution and negotiation
·   Extensive senior management liaison and communication

Ideally we are looking for someone with a client-focused approach and proven ability to work under tight timeframes, to a high standard and across International and Senior teams.
