Working in co-operation with so many high street brands they have the majority share of the market and are growing through acquisition and continuously being the first to market with new consumer offers and innovations.
Reporting directly into the Commercial Director, this is a new, highly strategic role, exploring, developing and implementing new product propositions on an end to end basis. This role will manage the P&L for new products and it is a highly commercial position, involving financial models and ROI forecasting, it will also be a management position, both of product managers and cross functional teams within the business. Thought leadership and finding new ways to market and how to tap into potential of new markets, including technology led products are intrinsic to this post. Also, being a network business and a white label product and service provider, there are many different levels of internal and external stakeholders to consider.
„Y You will ideally have a background in consumer finance, with an emphasis in your career on new product development and proposition feasability work. You will also be experienced in taking your ideas through to commercially strong products and have worked with marketing communications teams to launch effectively to business or consumer channels. If your background is in foreign exchange or travel money, or you have any experience in the pre-paid cards market this would be of special interest.
