Job Description

My client, a financial services organisation, is looking to recruit a Product Manager on an interim basis from now until the end of the year.  The main purpose of the role is to manage the live product portfolio designated to ensure the organisations growth and profit objectives on an annual basis through all distribution channels and to evaluate, recommend and implement new product development to enhance the product range.  Key accountabilities include successfully managing a range of products from the existing product range throughout the product lifecycle utilising market insight and internal information to make recommendations; managing product development and overseeing the implementation of agreed developments; managing ongoing product performance to achieve agreed sales, operational and profit targets; producing plans and reports on progress, risks and issues; developing compelling customer propositions and negotiating terms and contracts and account managing 3^rd party suppliers.  This is a fairly senior role so relevant experience in all these areas is essential.
