They are looking for a Programme Delivery Manager to deliver a number of strategic risk transformation / change programmes for the business within Credit Risk. The Programme Delivery Manager needs to have the following:
*Financial Services experience *Experience of delivering transformational / change programmes - £5m + *Delivering credit risk programmes *Proven ability in operating and influencing in a complex, diverse and senior stakeholder environment *Flexibility to work from various locations *Lead, motivate, develop and appraise team members *Credit Risk specific change programmes
The Programme Delivery Manager will manage project teams through all stages of the project lifecycle to ensure the implementation of new and amended business processes, systems, procedures and services.
This is an exciting role within a progressive leader. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the culture of the function where change is embraced and adopted.
The position is based in the West Midlands so commutable from Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Staffordshire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire.
The salary is based on experience, competency and skills. The range is up to £60k basic + car allowance + bonus + corporate benefits.
