A key role helping to drive the growth of an impressive financial business, developing and implementing broker marketing campaigns.
You should be a proven marketer with financial services experience and specific knowledge of broker marketing channels. Your skills will include strong all-round marketing planning and delivery, budget management, supplier management and the ability to run your own projects with minimal supervision. If your financial services experiences includes insurance products this would be helpful.
The role would suit a confident communicator who enjoys both strategy and implementation, delivering projects that have a measurable effect on sales performance and profitability. You will work closely with sales teams as well as commercial, IT and operational colleagues.
Whilst enjoying managing your own projects it is likely that you will take responsibility for one or two more junior marketing executives, so you should be confident managing teams and delegating.
Overall this role offers an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to the success of a company whilst developing your financial services career. The role is based in both the West Midlands and Gloucestershire, so the ideal candidate will live in the West Midlands but with easy access to the M5.
