Leading Financial Services Business based in the West Midlands is looking to recruit the brand new role of Senior Product Innovation Manager.
Job Role To lead the development, testing and roll-out of a pipeline of customer-focused product innovations that will deliver significant organic growth in customer numbers, policy sales and bottom-line profits in the UK. - Uncover insights into customer needs that create commercial opportunities - Execute qualitative and quantitative customer testing to refine product ideas and maximise in-market success - Use commercial flair and underwriting insight to build products that meet consumer needs and maximise commercial gains - Work closely with key marketing and trading stakeholders to develop and test promising product opportunities in market - Use data and intuition at every step to measure commercial viability/in-market success - Ensure all product innovation is compliant
Who were looking for *You will have a strong track record as a Consumer Focused Marketeer. *You will already be in a role where you are bringing new products to the consumer market. This could be from any industry, from FMCG through to Financial Services. *You will thrive in a matrix environment where you use your influencing skills to drive change and bring people from different areas of the business with you throughout your project work.
