They are looking for a Senior Programme Delivery Manager to deliver a number of strategic transformation / change programmes for the business within Credit Risk. The Senior Programme Delivery Manager needs to have the following:
*Financial Services experience *Significant experience of delivering transformational / change programmes - £10m + *Credit Risk - leading programmes in Credit Risk *Significant experience of building and leading programme teams *Significant experience of managing delivery by technology teams *Knowledge of risk methodology, systems and processes *Proven ability in operating and influencing in a complex, diverse and senior stakeholder environment *Flexibility to work from various locations *Line management experience - lead, motivate, develop and appraise team members *Credit Risk specific change programmes
The Senior Programme Deliver Manager needs to capable of deputising for the Head of Delivery and contributing to COO activities in shaping and managing and delivering the portfolio of work.
This is an exciting role within a progressive leader. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the culture of the function where change is embraced and adopted.
The position is based in the West Midlands so commutable from Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Staffordshire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire.
The salary is based on experience, competency and skills. The range is up to £100k basic + car allowance + bonus + corporate benefits.
