A leading Financial Services company has an immediate requirement for a Telemarketing Performance Manager to set up and manage the performance of campaigns to achieve sales & cost targets using multiple marketing channels. This will include sales of their financial products through a number of outsourced telemarketing agencies (inbound & outbound), online & embedded in partner distribution.
The role requires day-today management focus on results in terms of quality & quantity. The successful candidate needs to work with the agencies closely and will be required to visit them for review of performance training, provide coaching / basic product training and on site call monitoring. The role requires regular travel to the agencies and this does involve overnight stays.
To be considered for the role you must have a strong sales background along with hands on experience of running contact centres.
