Job Title:Assistant Online Marketing Manager
Salary:£25,000 - £28,000 + car + bonus + excellent benefits.
Location:Yorkshire

Job Purpose

Working for my Financial Services client you will be supporting the Online Marketing Manager by managing effective online marketing campaigns in line with business objectives

·Support Marketing Manager in preparation of marketing and communication plans, considering the impact on all channels and all product types.
·Build, develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders internal and external to the business.
·Assist Marketing Manager to deliver initiatives in order to achieve business objectives targets in terms of sales, calls and other KPI's.
·Delivery within governance framework such as the FSA etc

Key Responsibilities

·To deliver activities/initiatives to achieve targets in terms of:
·Driving call and quote volumes by working in partnership with group marketing and agencies to develop, execute and measure response marketing plans.
·Devise and deliver compelling customer communications to time and budget.
·Maximising conversion by generating quotes for the optimum footprint of customers for each brand/product/channel.
·Build, develop and manage relationships with key customers, internal and external to the business
·Manage initiatives at the discretion of the Marketing Manager and ensure delivery within agreed timescales and budgets.

Skills & Experience

·With experience in Marketing, ideally within the Financial Services Industry, with exposure to direct/retail/intermediary marketing.
·Understand principles of marketing and all aspects of the marketing mix - end to end campaign experience from targeting and selections, briefing creative and media agencies, evaluating media strategies, measuring performance and demonstrating ROI.
