This progressive financial services provider has enjoyed a sustained period of growth in recent times and is now looking to further develop it's Head Office marketing team. In what is very much a growth channel for the business this is a new role where you will be tasked with leading and developing a small customer focused team of marketing analysts providing business critical information and recommendations.
With a strong background in market analysis, you will be numerically astute but will also possess the communication skills to influence and make recommendations to the Senior Management team. Similarly with a small team you must possess the gravitas and credibility to lead and inspire a team.
In what is a growing business, you will play a key role in determining and enhancing customer insight and determining the strategies the business employs to try and target and acquire new customers in the future. Whilst a previous knowledge of the financial services industry isn't required you will ideally have worked in another high volume consumer facing business.
This is a highly visible and strategically important role with real opportunity for further development.
