Are you a commercial and sales-oriented Director looking for an exciting challenge in a newly created role in Swindon?
Our client is partly-owned by a global Financial Services provider and is looking to develop one of its subsidiaries which is already turning over a profit of £3 Million in commissions per annum.
Your main function within this role will be:
To manage the delivery of this subsidiary's sales and distribution strategy and achieve the specific business plan objectives for:
·         business quality standards
·         production
·         recruitment
·         Retention of independent advisers.
The role will be highly market facing and requires the establishment and development of excellent working relationships with numerous important internal and external stakeholders.
To manage various marketing initiatives to introduce new clients and effectively service existing clients across a dynamic distribution network of over 2600 advisers.

Your main accountabilities will be:
In the subsidiary
-        production growth
-        develop markets, which the general business is unable to service
-        risk Management
-        T&C supervision
-        efficiency measures
-        compliance audits
-        customer satisfaction
 
In the larger business
-        Instigate and manage various marketing initiatives to stimulate growth through additional business from existing clients and the generation of new clients.
