Précis
To work with the Director of Banking, and the Banking team, to develop and deliver the Banking Strategy.

About the Role
You will have the reasonability of development and maintenance of the organisations Banking Strategy and work with the Director of Banking to develop and maintain an appropriate Banking strategy plus monitor performance against that strategy and determine and implement any changes required.
You need to Monitor the performance of the Bank and report on variances plus monitor the performance of the Banking business and identifying any variances and/or risks to plan by Investigating the causes of variances and recommending remedial action where required and Implementing any agreed actions, working alongside relevant stakeholders across the business
Experience in proposition development & delivery is essential in order to achieve the organisations strategy
Developing and gaining agreement to any pricing recommendations
Supporting the development & delivery of other propositions within Banking Marketing
What We’re Looking For
My Client is looking for a Strategist with proven experience of developing and implementing business and marketing strategies and with financial analytical experience with ability to analyse and interpret complex financial data and present clear conclusions and recommendations.
Do you have experience in a multi-product organisation; operating at the highest level within the Marketing or Finance Functions and the ability to develop and deliver high quality presentations which engage audience and deliver clear messages in areas of significant complexity.
Can you influencing decision makers at Director Level as demonstrated by the adoption of recommendations and work as part of a team and assist in the development of colleagues and self.
You will need to be comfortable in working alone with minimal management interventions or dedicated resources and comfortable working to tight timescales and deadlines
MBA or Accounting Qualification preferred.
