Job Description

My client, a mutual organisation based in the West Midlands, is looking for a Product Manager to join their growing company and work within the pensions and investment arena, where you will be supporting the head of Product strategy and development.

The role will involve being responsible for on-going monitoring and benchmarking of pension and investment products against the commercial requirements of the business and the positioning of competitor products. You will be required to identify pension and investment product and service improvements, and be responsible for their implementation. You will also assist in identifying sales opportunities relevant to your target audience and monitor market, sales and competitor activity, along with managing 3rd party supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will have financial services marketing experience, ideally in a product role; experience of identifying and producing appropriate management information; good knowledge of the pensions and investments product arena and an ability to identify potential issues and present solutions.
