Corporate Finance PR

Our clients are currently seeking professionals at all levels all over the UK, in various locations including London and Manchester.

We require corporate finance professionals with an in depth knowledge of industry, products and services and a good understanding of corporate PR.

Alongside the day to day responsibilities a PR role would normally entail, the team's work includes:

- Announcing mergers, acquisitions and disposals
- Communicating acquisition strategies
- Communications planning for business restructuring
- Writing and producing annual reports
- Issuing financial results
- Securing business awards
- Profiling senior management teams

It is not essential that you possess a solid PR background, although you must meet the criteria required. More information regarding these roles will be provided upon successful application.
