A fantastic digital role has opened up at the UKs leading woodland conservation charity.
Due to business growth, our client is looking to recruit a Digital Technical Manager to join its newly revamped digital team. Reporting into the Head of Digital, you'll be part of a team that manages the organisation's digital presence and engagement with members, supporters, audience groups and the wider public.
As Digital Technical Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the digital infrastructure meets the needs of the organisation through effective management of resources and collaborative working with stakeholders and colleagues.
An important part of this role will be your ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues, ensuring that all user requirements are understood and met. You will also provide leadership for the maintenance, development, architecture and design of digital systems.
In order to be considered for this role of Digital Technical Manager, you must have:
* A detailed knowledge and understanding of digital systems and architectures
* An understanding of web development, database and system design
* A proven track record of successful project implementation in a web/software environment
* Familiarity with MS project, online workflow systems and project methodology (e.g. prince 2)
* Experience in project implementation
