Account Manager Direct Marketing / Telebusiness
£22,000 - £28,000 Negotiable + Benefits
This is a great opportunity to join a leading direct marketing agency specialising in the provision of telebusiness and direct marketing solutions to clients, predominantly within the not for profit sector.
Candidates will offer strong client servicing credentials and will have an understanding of call centre operational issues. You will lead in the development of long term telemarketing strategies on behalf of the client in consultation with your Account Director and be the main point of contact between the client and the agency on a day to day basis. Working with other agencies, typically direct marketing agencies in servicing the client needs, you will aim to strengthen the relationship with the client.
You will develop, direct and manage telephone campaigns and related project activity on designated accounts. Writing and producing creative materials including scripts, pre-call letters, donation forms and follow-up letters is vital. You will also manage the relations with suppliers, including printers and telephone number tracing agencies and liaise with the Operations Department to ensure that the campaign will be effectively resourced with callers and support staff. We are looking to speak to bright graduates with a 2-4 years experience in direct marketing, preferably within the Call Centre environment (preferably Client Servicing). A good understanding of all direct marketing techniques including direct marketing, databases and telemarketing is preferable. Experience of managing staff and motivating teams specifically project management experience would be ideal.
