Incredibly sought after charity position working as a Marketing Officer for this leading social care organisation. Currently employing over 2000 employees, this organisation is looking to double this number over the next few years and they are ensuring that they employ only the very, very best!
As a Marketing Officer your key objective will be to provide a dedicated marketing resource, implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives for the organisation. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, these campaigns will cover most aspects of the marketing mix including project management, CRM System Management, database creation and direct and email marketing. As you can see, this is a very well rounded position which will provide you with both a challenging and varied role.
In terms of background, our client is looking for someone with previous marketing experience, specifically a general Through The Line background. Charity experience would be ideal but is certainly not a prerequisite. You will have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable liaising with people at all levels. You will ideally have some people management experience and will be happy working under pressure and to tight deadlines. A commercially minded candidate would also be preferable and someone who has the drive to push this organisation forward. Does this sound like you?
