Working closely with telemarketing and social fundraising agencies you will report directly to the Head of Social Fundraising at this award winning agency representing charities and ethical organisations.
You will have key responsibility for effectively and efficiently managing and implementing social fundraising recruitment plans to achieve client and agency target and objectives. Social fundraising acquisition spans face to face, door to door, permission recruitment techniques and telemarketing.
You will work closely with the agency's partners to deliver recruitment solutions for direct marketing charity campaigns. You will monitor, analyse and regularly report on the performance of social fundraising. You will also develop and implement prospective and supporter communications strategy to maximise supporter recruitment and early retention.
You must be comfortable liaising with senior clients, nurturing key partnerships to identify and implement improvements. You will be an outstanding problem solver, process driven, well experienced in planning, overseeing the creative process and strategic development, working within a team to deliver the sector's most effective donor recruitment campaigns.
Ideally you will have a background in Social Fundraising recruitment however, the position could suit a strategic direct marketing account manager who is interested in developing further.
You will have sound financial management skills able to produce ROI models for each project.
