Head of Retention and Development...Hot New Job!

This is a truly amazing opportunity to work for a fantastic charity as their Head of Retention & Development. The role will involve planning & managing relationships with 400,000+ supporters to raise funds & encourage active support for the charity as well as strategically driving forward the fundraising department.

This challenging & rewarding role will involve; developing strategy, implementing direct marketing (DM) campaigns, budget planning & management, fundraising, supporter retention & growth, product development, agency management, and leading the team, along with strategic decision making.

Educated to degree level in marketing & ideally with a DM qualification, you will have extensive experience of direct marketing & a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns. With comprehensive knowledge of fundraising marketing principals you will be an excellent communicator with the proven ability to train & develop a team.
