Senior Associate Director

Salary: £40k - £45k

Location: West London

The continuing success of our client's Social Research department has created opportunities for a Senior Associate Director. They are one of the largest providers of public policy research in the UK, for clients in the public and not-for profit sectors, with a team of around 60 dedicated social researchers.

Every project they undertake no matter how large or small is conducted to the highest standards of quality and technical excellence. They have a reputation for thoughtful and creative design, rigorous methodology, robust data and insightful interpretation of findings.

Ideal Candidate:

ˇYou will need a good degree, and experience of either working in quantitative social research, advertising tracking in the public or commercial sector or customer satisfaction and insight research.
ˇYou will also need excellent business development, client handling, and communication skills, and experience of managing and motivating junior research staff would be an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

ˇYou'll work on projects covering a wide range of social policy areas, ranging from education and skills, health, environment and transport, through to government campaign evaluation and public sector customer insight.
ˇThey would particularly welcome applications from people with experience of advertising evaluation, customer insight/service transformation research and the adult learning sector.
