My client a National Charity is looking for a Sales and Marketing Director.
Job Purpose
Provide leadership and coordination of their Sales & and Marketing function (Including fundraising) to deliver income targets. Develop and implement a successful sales and marketing strategy. Monitor and analyse Sales and Marketing activity against goals
Job requirements
- Direct and coordinate the charities sales, marketing and communication function to deliver income budgets for Thrive
- Take an active part in the leadership of the charity through the leadership management team
- Direct and oversee the charities marketing function, identifying and developing new customers for products and services.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing activities to deliver income targets as well as research and develop strategies and plans which identify new or enhanced marketing opportunities.
- Working with other staff, develop new services/ products which aim to increase customer numbers.
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results on an ongoing basis.
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
