Job Description

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

World leading business Events Company is looking for a Marketing Executive to strategise, to assist in the plans for some of their most high profile conferences.

The Company:

· Currently strengthening and expanding the marketing team in order to facilitate the planned growth for the next 5 years

· Providing excellent training and first class personal development

· Offices in London, New York, Toronto, Dubai

· Working with FTSE 100 companies across different industries from defence, logistics, pharmaceutical, automotive and finance

· Part of worldwide network

· Annual group turnover of £40m

· Produce the market leading and topical events where all of the key decisions makers attend

The Role:

· Marketing Executive reporting directly to the Deputy Marketing Director

· Managing relationships with key business partners

· Executing marketing activities such as adverts, emails, mailings and banners etc...

· Providing research material to actively promote the company conferences on relevant websites

· Some general administrative duties

· Identifying and developing new methodologies and processes for increased efficiency

The Person:

· Relevant degree or equivalent

· A basic knowledge and understanding of marketing principles

· IT proficient through either qualification or experience

· A desire to pursue a career in event marketing and learn the basics of B2B and direct marketing

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
