Summary of Role:
To develop and implement a wide range of marketing and PR activities to raise awareness and build the brand equity including:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interpreting organisational needs to develop suitable marketing materials eg newsletters, brochures, customer magazines etc.
- Manage and execute tactical marketing plans to critical path and budget .
- Act as brand guardian ensuring brand guidelines, corporate templates and all activity is on brand including keeping brand guidelines up to date.
- Relationship management of external PR and design agencies.
- Provide tactical support across hospital services and sectors to maximise customer referrals.
- Delivery, monitoring and evaluation of campaigns and competitor PR activity to make further recommendations.
- Coordination of PR activity including writing articles and press releases, case study and outcome communications to increase awareness and brand equity.
- Management of agreed PR and campaign budgets.
- Management of photo library.
- Support with customer satisfaction activity.
- Content contribution to intranet and website from PR activity.
- Work closely with conference coordinator and digital manager to maximise opportunities. You may be a graduate with a Journalism or PR degree
