It's an exciting time to join the RSPB. We are the largest wildlife conservation organisation in Europe with over one million members. We speak out for birds and wildlife, tackling the problems that threaten our environment. RSPB Trading delivers 100% of profit to our conservation work, and Mail Order is a significant and fast-growing income stream that helps to ensure there is enough money available for the RSPB's ambitious conservation goals.
As our Mail Order and Ecommerce Manager, you'll use your vision, knowledge and drive to lead the mail order marketing team, develop the business and deliver even more income for conservation. We'll give you fun and exciting working environment, generous benefits, and a unique incentive for going to work. Nature is amazing - join us and you'll be helping to keep it that way.
Direct marketing and thinking strategically come naturally to you. You'll use your ecommerce, online marketing, creativity, leadership and financial skills to build an even faster growing business. You'll have a great track record of growing B2C sales and developing data driven marketing systems to grow consumer sales. You'll be analytical and comfortable using complex data to inform decision making. You'll be able to lead and motivate colleagues in other departments and external suppliers to deliver your goals. A career history which combines ecommerce and high volume direct mail experience is essential. Experience of catalogue marketing and multi-channel shopping (retail, print and online) is preferred.
