The brand is growing rapidly and will be launching new platforms, so it is an exciting time to join to see how the current platforms work in comparison. This administrative role supports the worldwide store and the Online Content Coordinator will ensure that the customer facing information is correct for the full product range in order to maximise sales.

The typical day to day duties will involve reviewing sales activity and reporting on how the site is performing. You will be required to collate any information that is needed to update the site and amend the information online using the Content Management System (CMS). You will be reviewing what products are selling well in which territories and acting on this by liaising with other departments and ensuring there is enough stock to deliver on sales. There will be some analysing of the data and seeing why products may be selling in one county - but no in another. You will compile information for new season products for the brand ensuring all information is correct and that they are in the correct format for the product pages, as well as ensuring new products have the correct information and assembling suggested products based on season looks.

As well as the day to day duties, the brand will also have projects that will arise you will be required to work on with the rest of the team. These will include seasonal launches for Autumn Winter/Spring Summer, seasonal events i.e., Valentines Day, Thanks Giving, Christmas and any ad hoc projects - such as if the product have been photographed with celebrities.

The ideal candidate from the role will have 1 - 3 years experience within an ecommerce setting ideally as an online content coordinator. You must have worked within a busy team environment and be very analytical with excellent attention to detail. Previous experience of working with CMS systems is preferred as well as strong MS Excel knowledge. You must be educated to degree level or equivalent.
