We are looking for a Retail industry specialist to lead the development of growth strategy across the group - working with the board and leading multiple internal and external stakeholders. Applicants will have a strong background in retail - ideally with exposure to a premium/luxury proposition (although this is not essential) - and a track record of delivering organisational change to push growth; this career experience may have been built either client side or agency side. Exposure to the UAE or Middle East is also not essential but would be highly desirable.
