A role for an experienced Account Director based in Bristol to join a specialist agency, working with international and UK clients across print and digital media and helping to shape the account management function.

You would be joining the agency at an exciting time in their development, leading and mentoring more junior members of the team and working with clients at a senior level to help shape the successful development of their businesses and marketing projects.

You should have experience leading a team at Account Director level, and have in-depth knowledge of how to work with clients to maximise client satisfaction and agency profitability. You will have a strong understanding of the creative process and be able to work effectively with creative and studio teams, providing accurate and informative briefs. It is likely that you will have worked with a broad range of B2B projects and campaigns throughout your agency career.

This is an excellent opportunity to use your skills in an innovative and ambitious agency, working with a great set of clients, and offers you the chance to be a key member of the senior team taking the agency to new heights.
