This is a proactive relationship building role where you will be following enquiries and leads through a rapport led approach to ensure that you secure the sale. This is a both a software and added value services role that has been extremely well received by their client base as it offers a low cost and powerful solution that is easy to integrate and has been designed with the users in mind.
This is a perfect role for a trained hairdresser, barber or beauty therapist that has progressed into sales and is looking to work in a fast paced and dynamic software environment. To succeed you will be an consummate relationship builder, one that is able to quickly form strong business connections from the first call.
To succeed you will be self motivated and proactive by nature with experience of working in a proactive internal sales, telesales or telemarketing environment. You will be an achiever that is target oriented, organised and committed to both customer service and service delivery. Prior knowledge of working with CRM (customer relationship management) software would be a real plus.
