Our client is one of the largest and most successful International FMCG Companies. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for one of their key product ranges. You will need strong strategic brand management experience from an International FMCG business with about 5 years Market Management experience. This is a fantastic opportunity!

You will direct and co-ordinate implementation of the current account marketing strategy, driving plans for sales, cross-sales, retention and product launches. You'll need to influence colleagues across the business in the formation of the products marketing strategy and ensure the marketing strategy is successfully implemented maximising return from marketing spend across a variety of channels including TV, outdoor, online and direct mail.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop the marketing team to increase the marketing capability of the company’s entire product range.
Develop strong brand positioning, communication platforms and appropriate creative work.
Drive NPD and product improvement developing effective annual brand plans encompassing the full marketing mix.
