Working in the Marketing & Merchandising operation, you will be an experienced Design / Project Manager with a full understanding of the design process from brief through development & manufacturing into production & installation.

 Candidate Requirements:

 Ability to interpret & develop sales & marketing briefs into ideas & solution across a range of projects: print, POP, promotions, launches & event installations.

• Excellent communication skills both internally (sales, marketing, merchandising) & externally (store groups, designers, manufacturers).
• Highly organised, clarity of thought, work at speed, motivate & engage colleagues & external consultants & suppliers.
• Comfortable with presenting concepts & leading projects from the front.
• Exacting fine details of 2D & 3D implementation of the retail cosmetics network.
• Merge creative & management skills, manage a budget & costing reports - able to negotiate & develop projects to achieve balance between cost / suitability of purpose & design / solution / specification desired.
• Have sound experience of working with department stores (store & head office level).
• Responsibility for 1 direct report - Promotions & Visual Merchandising Executive.

Salary:  up to £50k + Audi A3, 10% company-performance bonus, healthcare.
